PURPOSE:To mount a coaxial airtight connector on a sealed package while keeping the airtightness of the sealed package. CONSTITUTION:A hole into which a pipe 4 is inserted, is formed on a frame 2 of a sealed package, and the pipe 4 longer than the hole is inserted into the hole of the frame 2. After the frame 2 and the pipe 4 are brazed together by a silver solder 6, a coaxial airtight connector 5 is inserted into the pipe 4, and the gap between the inside of the pipe 4 and the outside of the coaxial airtight connector 5 is soldered by a solder 7 and is thus filled with.
