<p>PURPOSE:To rapidly confirm either a trouble of a sensor or a machine having the sensor or a trouble of a control board side, when an abnormal state has arisen in the operation information of a plant. CONSTITUTION:An inspection device 12 provided with a basic signal outputting means 14 transmitting basic analog signals of a sensor is set on the way of a circuit 10 connecting various sensors attached to a plant to a control board 11. When an abnormal state detected by a sensor has arisen in the operational information of a plant, the operation board 11 is connected with the basic signal output means 14 by the operation of a changing-over switch 13 in the inspection device 12. And the basic analog signal is taken from the basic signal output means 14 into the control board 2. The taken-in signal is confirmed whether it is a normal figure corresponding to the above signal or not when it is output to the operation board. If it is a normal figure, it is discriminated that the sensor is defective and if it is not a normal figure, it is discriminated that the operation board 2 side is defective.</p> |
