PURPOSE:To obtain a cement molded cured object excellent in aesthetic appearance by forming a composite layered structure of two or more layers from a mixed material prepared by mixing cement, pigment, a filler and water in a predetermined compounding ratio and setting the water compounding ratio of the surface layer thereof so as to make the same higher than that of other layer. CONSTITUTION:A mixed material is prepared by kneading cement, pigment, a filler and water and charged in a form to be aged to form a first layer (a). A mixed material compounded with water in a low compounding ratio is charged in the form and aged to form a second layer (b) on the first layer (a) to form a double-layered structure of two layers (a), (b). A reinforcing material such as a reinforcing bar is arranged between two layers (a), (b) to enhance strength. Therefore, the first layer (a) being a surface layer becomes high in flowability because the moisture content thereof is more than that of the second layer (b) and the faithful transfer of the surface transfer resin mold laid on the form is performed. |
