A device for attachment to a surface comprising a cone of resilient material, a handle engaging portion proximate the vertex of the cone and a handle. The handle has a gripping portion adapted to hold material between the gripping portion and the smooth surface. The handle and the resilient cone are shaped to bias the gripping portion of the handle against the surface.
