Then, information on the side of the station 10 is sent from the station 10 to the main control device 15 by a second communicating means B. Based on the information, a state-verification circuit 29 of the main control device 15 confirms that the acceptance and delivery of cargoes are possible, and generates a cargo acceptance and delivery starting signal. The signal is sent to the travelling conveying device 5 and the station 10 through the first and second communicating means A, B, and thus the acceptance and delivery of cargoes are safely and positively performed.</p>
