PURPOSE: To improve the environmental resistance of an analytical element for immunity verification. CONSTITUTION: An analytical element for dry immunity verification, is used for measuring the ligand including a base material a labeled ligand area, an expansion area and a receptor area covalently bonded with high molecular beads of diameter from 0.1 to 5/μm, and including the immobilization receptors to the ligand and the labeled ligand with specific concentration, the element includes a water soluble polymer including vanadium IV(V<4+> ) ion, and the areas can be exist in the common layer or the separate layers.
