PURPOSE: To provide an array plate for underwater ship, for effectively reducing the spontaneous noise of an underwater soner device. CONSTITUTION: An underwater ship or craft comprises an array plate 10 obtained by attaching the sonar elements 14 having the selected operation frequency range, in a line. The array plate 10 comprises at least one material layer 16, 18 designed so that it has the selected natural frequency within the sonar operation frequency range. As the result of the natural frequency, an ordinary wave having the selected wavelength, is generated along the material layer. The sonar element 14 is attached to the material layers 16, 18 in such manner that the soner elements adjacent to each other, are placed at a distance half of the average wave length of the ordinary wave.
