PURPOSE: To use outputted information by oneself by outputting previously stored control information required for controlling a target chip, appropriately converting control information and outputting converted information to the external part of the target chip. CONSTITUTION: A control signal generation part 10 inputs a chip selection signal/CS inputted from the external part of the target chip 1, a read signal/OE, a clock signal CLK and address signals A0 -An and outputs an enable signal CE and memory selection signals S0 -Sn-1 . A control information storage part 20 outputs control information which is previously stored in accordance with the output signal of the control signal generation part 10. A control conversion part 30 appropriately converts control information outputted from the control information storage part 20 in accordance with the enable signal CE, the clock signal CLK and the address signal A4 and outputs converted information to the external part of the target chip 1.
