PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for assigning a plurality of types of data to the two types of banks of an SDRAM. SOLUTION: Data contain first, second, and third words to be accessed during continuous reading operations. The first and third words are stored in the first bank of an SDRAM (local cache memory 48) and the second word is stored in the second bank. The first, second, and third words are respectively accessed from the first, second, and first banks of the SDRAM during first, second, and third reading operations. |
