PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To physically separate data transmission from an access control number in access control to a computer that is connected within a private network. SOLUTION: This device allows the control of selective transmission of a message through each module that allows selective transmission and each access control module according to the control, release or conditioned certification of a message transmission to at least one of a private terminal and a private network which have an access control module, that is interconnected at each input-output point of a host private network. Thus a system is provided which controls the access of a message to a computer connected to the host private network through a supervisor module which is interconnected to a specific link to each access control module, connected to the host private computer and arranged at the center.
