In the lowermost zone of the tank are separate medium feed devices for input of fluid containing medium. These feed devices comprises tube structures which are similar and are alternatingly arranged. Discharge devices are provided for evacuation of the solution. Devices are provided for control in periodical balanced alternation of the medium through both tube structures. These control devices are intended for such a control of the output of fluid through the two tube structures that none of the fluid outputs during operation departs from a value which is smaller than one tenth of the sum of the outputs in the two tube structures.
