PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for keeping freshness, capable of keeping freshness of live seaweed for a long period of time and maintaining sufficient freshness even in long distance transport requiring a long transportation time. SOLUTION: This method comprises packing live seaweed with seawater and oxygen, wherein the enclosed oxygen is 10-90% based on whole capacity and the seawater is drawn up, filtered and, then, simultaneously aerated and disinfected with ozon. |
