An axle/spacer or wheel/hub system, includes at least one hole (38) in the body or preferably a number of holes (36a, 36n) in the body extending from the outside of the axle/spacer or wheel/hub system to the inside of the body, preferably toward the interior circumference of the bearings (42, 44) which support the wheels on an inline skate (10) or skateboard. One or both of the screws (18, 20) which secure(s) the wheel using the axle/spacer (22) system includes a hole (40) or zerk fitting to accommodate a nozzle (100) for receiving lubricant and/or cleaner under pressure. This lubricant or cleaner passes through the screw hole (40) or holes or wheel/hub into the interior chamber (38) of the body of the axle/spacer (22) or wheel/hub out the holes in the axle/spacer (36a, 36n), or directly to the interior circumferences of the opposing bearings which support the wheel of the inline skate or skateboard. Through pressure or force, the lubricant and/or cleaner lubricates and cleans the bearings (42, 44) and also forces dirt, deposits and other foreign materials outwardly from the interior circumferences of the bearings during the lubricating/cleaning process.
