PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally manufacture a hinge for conducting a rotating motion having smooth movement and excellent durability by forming a sharp protrusion over an entire periphery of an insert component having a circular section at least at part of an inner surface of a through-hole. SOLUTION: The insert component 1 comprises a through hole 2, circular section 3 and sharp protrusion 4. The hole 2 provided at the component 2 becomes part of a resin passage or mold in which melted resin 5 flows in the insert, and a body part 6 and rotary part 7 are integrally molded. Since part or entirety of the section 3 of the hole 2 becomes a bearing of a thermoplastic resin integrally molded hinge, the component 1 has a circular section on its inner surface. The inner surface for forming the circular section and the thermoplastic resin execute rotating motion to form a hinge structure. The part for forming the circular section of the inner surface of the component is provided at a position adjacent to the resin component (rotating part 7) executing the rotating motion.
