PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve spplication performance by stabilizing substrate treatment by a method wherein substrate treating process for a ground of a metal material is provided before a process in which a primer layer is formed, and the substrate treating process is executed in the order of a degreasing treatment process to which a pickling effect is added, and a chromate treating process. SOLUTION: This forming method is composed of a process 101 wherein a primer layer composed of an acrylic powder coating material is formed on a ground of a metal material (for example, aluminum wheel), a process 102 wherein a base coat layer composed of colored solvent coating material (preferably, metallic coating material) is formed on the primer layer, and a process 103 wherein a top coat layer composed of acrylic powder clear coating material is formed on the base coat. Further, a substrate treating process of the metal material is provided before the process 101 of forming the primer layer. In the substrate treating process, in order to stick chromium stably and uniformly, degreasing treatment to which pickling effect is given→water cleaming treatment→formation process→water cleaning treatment process are executed. Thereby, the substrate treatment can be stabilized, and application performance is improved. |
