FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: resin containing polyol- polyisocyanate, filler, suspending agent, water-binding agent, and catalyst is distinguished by that it contains polyisocyanate in amounts up to 50% excess of isocyanate on conversion to reactive hydroxyl groups of polyol, filler in amount up to 10 wt % based on polyol, and preferably 0.01-0.5 wt % (on polyol) of catalyst, amounts of catalyst and suspending agent being matched such that freshly obtained resin, when applied in the form of rectangular band 20 cm long, 1 mm high, and 1 cm wide on preheated to hardening temperature steel sheet immediately oriented thereafter vertically in drying chamber with said band positioned horizontally, flows downward for 10 min at the distance at least 15 cm at 25 C and 3 to 0.3 cm at 130 C.
