The surgical jawbone implant as a base for a superstructure with use of at least one implant pin. The surgical jawbone implant as a base for a superstructure with use of at least one implant pin is characterized by: (a) a base element (2) remaining in the jawbone is provided for accommodation of the implant pin (1); (b) means are available for establishing a joint between the implant pin and the base element. An Independent claim is also included for an apparatus for milling the jawbone as preparation for insertion of the base element (2).
