PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dust collecting efficiency and to improve air purifying capacity in an air purifying device. SOLUTION: A water tank 8 is disposed in a main body case 1, and the air containing the dust and the bacteria sucked by intake force and water in the water tank 8 are mixed with the fine mist generated by a mist generating device 7, and the mixture is sucked to a blower 3, and the mixture is agitated by applying the rotation of the blower 3 to forcedly fuse and capture the dust contained in the air to the mist particles, and the resulting matter is changed to small bubbles by a bubble generating device 14 and released into the water in the water tank 8 and the air and the water are separated naturally and the air is evacuated through a discharging part. In this way, even microscopic fine particles having <=0.3μm particle size of the dust and the bacteria contained in the air are completely removed since the water and the air are separated naturally by forcedly fusing and capturing the dust and the bacteria contained in the air to the mist particles and releasing into the water in the water tank 8.
