PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circulate upper muddy water in a sand reservoir to the sea by utilizing a head. SOLUTION: A height of a muddy water layer in a sand reservoir B is heightened more than the water surface of the sea, and a muddy water discharge pipe 10 is guided from a trough 1 to a side wall of a boat. A guide 11 is provided in the side wall, an effluent pipe 13 is engaged with the guide 11 to be freely turnable around its axis, and the effluent pipe 13 is connected to the discharge pipe 10 at the lowest position. Muddy water in the sand reservoir B is circulated thereby to the sea through the discharge pipe 10 and the effluent pipe 13 by a head. The effluent pipe 13 is removed from the guide 11 by an on-ship crane 15 to be stored on the ship.
