PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic fine wire producing apparatus which can continuously and efficiently produce the metallic fine wire with a melt-extracting method. SOLUTION: This metallic fine wire producing apparatus is provided with a high frequency induction coil 22 for forming molten metal by melting the tip part of a bar-like metallic material 20 in the inner part of a closed chamber 11, a disk 24 to be rotation-driven in the fixed direction, a material supplying mechanism 13 for continuously supplying the metallic material 20 from the outside of the chamber 11 toward the disk 4 and a fine wire recovering part. The molten metal 20a is brought into contact with the peripheral edge 25 of the disk 24 and quenched and flown into the tangential direction of the peripheral edge 25 to form the metallic fine wire 40. A sealing part 60 is arranged at the position passing through the metallic material 20 in the chamber 11. The sealing part 60 is provided with a first sealing material 61 and a second sealing material 62 and a gas exhausting path 64. The fine wire recovering part is provided with a first recovering vessel and a second recovering vessel which are changable with a change-over mechanism.
