PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incision holding device capable of enabling various sorts of technique to be performed for a single incision, improving workability in operation, and reducing burden on a patient. SOLUTION: On a holding device main body 1 for holding the incision opened, plate members 2, 3, 4, and 5 are detachably installed through joining means 14 and 24.
