PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a switching power supply having a control output and a non-control output connected with a regulator circuit which is not required to increase the voltage of non-control output more than required with preparation for noload or light load of control output, and an electronic apparatus comprising it. SOLUTION: The regulator circuit 10 to be connected with the non-control output comprises a first impedance element, i.e., a transistor Q2, connected in series with the non-control output, a second impedance element, i.e., a transistor Q3, connected between the control output and the base of the transistor Q2, and a voltage control circuit 11 for controlling the impedance of the transistor Q3 such that the output voltage of the regulator circuit 10 is kept constant. Since the voltage of non-control output is not required to increase more than required, efficiency can be enhanced.
