PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push button switch giving an operation feeling having no click at a high load and a linearly increased load by using a movable contact point formed with a coil spring and conductive rubber. SOLUTION: This push button switch comprises a push button having a pusher 6, a rubber contact 7 fitted to the pusher 6 to be depressed, a base 8 fitted with a fixed contact point 82, and a switch case 5. The push button switch is provided with the coil spring 9 designed in length to push up the pusher 6 by elasticity in a nonoperational state that the pusher 6 fitted with the rubber contact 7 is incorporated in the case 5.
