PURPOSE: A pipeline partial repair device is provided to prevent from applying high pressure on a pressure bag by accelerating the flow velocity of hot water and to harden thermosetting resins impregnated in a pipe lining member completely by heating up a pipe lining member effectively. CONSTITUTION: The pipeline partial repair device contains: a pipe lining member(41) for the partial repair composed of tubular resin absorbers impregnated with liquefied thermosetting resins to form a lining on a partial damaged part in a pipeline(40); and a pressure bag(30) inserted to the pipe lining member(41), expanded by supplying hydraulic pressure inward, compressing the pipe lining member(41) on a wall of the pipeline(40), then supplying heat medium and hardening the pipe lining member(41) to form a partial lining in the pipeline(40). The heat medium is hot water, a hot water tank(15) making the hot water is connected to an inner part of the pressure bag(30) and to a hose(21,22) for returning/supplying the hot water, pressurizing devices such as hot water pumps(14,16,19) is installed to supply the hot water into the pressure bag(30) through the hose(22) for supplying the hot water from the hot water tank(15), a pump or an aspirator is installed to drain to the water tank(15) through the hose(21) for returning the hot water from the pressure bag(30), and a compressor(11) is installed to discharge the air in the pressure bag through an air hose(23). |
