PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly transmit and receive data without taking a procedure for synchronization on a transmission side and on a reception side even when communication is interrupted in the middle of transmission and reception. SOLUTION: Electronic mail including input data is received from a mail server and the input data are extracted and registered to a database.
