PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger with a receiver tank which obtains stable refrigerating performance and which is reduced in size and weight. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger with the receiver tank comprises a multiple- flow type heat exchanger body 10, the receiver tank 3, and a block flange 4 connected to the outlet 1b of the condensing section and the periphery of the inlet 2a of a supercooling section of the body 10 and assembled with the lower end of the tank 3 with its upper surface. The flange 4 has an inlet passage 4a communicating with the tank 3 via the condensing section 1, and an outlet passage 4b communicating with the tank 3 via the supercooling section 2. The end of the flow-out side (receiver tank side) of the passage 4a is disposed lower than the outlet 1b.
