PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice recognition microphone, a voice recognition output device and a voice recognition utilization type device that can enhance the accuracy of voice recognition. SOLUTION: This invention provides the voice recognition microphone characterized in that the microphone transmits a surrounding noise cancellation signal to delete or reduce an output signal such as an external noise nearly at the same time of reception of an input signal in voice recognition, the voice recognition output device characterized in that the output device receives the surrounding noise cancellation signal from the voice recognition microphone to delete or reduce a surrounding external output signal, a voice recognition method characterized in that the method uses the voice recognition microphone and the voice recognition output device to recognize voice and delete surrounding noise thereby enhancing the accuracy of voice recognition and a voice recognition method to enhance the accuracy of voice recognition.
