PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have prescribed shield performance and the easiness of insertion and extraction by facilitating assembling by simple constitution. SOLUTION: A main body part 2 and an operation part 3 are formed respectively integrally, and the part 3 is fitted rotatably to the part 2 by using a pin member 4. A printed board 52 and a front surface panel 54 are fitted to the part 2. At a fitting groove 7 for fitting the panel 54 to be provided at the part 2, a wedge-shaped tapered surface 7a is provided and bites into the panel 54 to prevent the coming off of the panel 54 and to prevent the external leakage of electromagnetic waves from the portion of the groove 7. At the sliding contact position of the part 2 and the part 3, a positioning protrusion 11a and positioning grooves 17a and 17b are provided, and the part 3 can be held at respective rotation positions in the cases of inserting and extracting the board 52 to easily insert and extract the board 52.
