PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the temperature of a fuel cell and to achieve the effective use of generated heat by power generation, by providing a heating means for a heat transporting medium, a cooling means and a circulating means on a heat transporting medium circulating circuit, in a fuel cell for generating power by using fuel gas and gas oxide. SOLUTION: Fuel gas flowing through a fuel processor 2 having a modifying unit for raw materials by using steam and a carbon monoxide converter 4 and through a fuel side humidifier 5 and gas oxide flowing through an air supplying device 6 and an oxide side humidifier 7 are supplied to a fuel cell 1 to generate power. A humidifier 34 is operated in starting, by the operation of a pump 32 of a heat transporting medium circulating circuit having a pipe 31 and the opening and closing operations of flow control valves 37, 38 and 39, the humidifier 34 and a suitably installed short-circuit path 36 are operated in the low-load operation, and generated heat in the operation is exchanged with outside air by a radiator 33. Accordingly, the temperature on an inlet of a battery cell 1 of heat transporting media is made constant. It is preferable to install a heat accumulator 35, the accumulation amount of generated heat is adjusted with the heat radiating amount and used for a heat source for hot water supply, a heater, or the like. |
