PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove excess ink remaining on a screen form plate 7 continuously from start of printing to end of the printing via halfway. SOLUTION: In an ink remaining mechanism of a form plate cleaning apparatus, the ink is copied by printing on a matter to be printed 2 through the screen form plate 7 by pressure welding the screen form plate 7 on which the ink is coated with a squeegee 12. Besides, the ink remaining on the screen form plate 7 is sucked in with a suction opening part 20a reciprocally moving in a printing direction X together with the squeegee 12 to the screen form plate 7.
