<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice polishing mill having a rice polishing cage whose upper side is provided with a cover for preventing a back flow of rice bran, a cover with rice polishing function, or a cover with a sound absorbing function, thereby capturing and accumulating, on the upper surface of the rice bran back flow preventing cover, floating bran flowing back from the upper side to the lower side of the rice polishing cage, improving a rice polishing efficiency by forming irregularities on the bottom surface of the cover and thus increasing a rice polishing area, or quieting a sound at operation by taking a sound-absorbing measure to the cover. <P>SOLUTION: The rice polishing mill of the present invention is characterized by providing, between rice and an outer lid, a rice bran back flow preventing cover for catching and accumulating the rice bran raised up at rice polishing, a cover with a rice polishing function ensured by irregularities formed thereon, or a cover with a sound absorbing function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
