DIFFERENTIAL OSCILLATOR CIRCUIT TOPOLOGY

A circuit of a differential output oscillator is provided to have high output power characteristic by improving the oscillator circuit structure base on a conventional 3-terminal device and terminal diode. A circuit of differential output oscillator consists of a plurality of 3-terminal devices(121,123). The circuit of differential output oscillator includes a tunneling diode. The tunneling diode is connected to the terminal where the negative conductance of the oscillator circuit is generated. The oscillator circuit is a differential oscillator circuit having two terminals in where generated the negative conductance. The two terminals are connected with one end of the first and the second tunneling diodes respectively. The other ends of the tunneling diodes apply bias voltage.
