A method of producing roasted laver(seaweed or nori) by coating laver with oil, salt and sugar, aging in a jar after sealing the jar and then roasting is provided to prevent laver from getting damp and acidification, produce roasted laver with reduced greasiness on the surface. Laver is coated with oil, sprinkled with salt mixture containing 85 to 95% by weight of salt and 5 to 15% by weight of sugar, put into a jar and aged at 16 to 20deg.C in the jar for 46 to 50hr after sealing the jar with Korean paper. After taking the laver out of the jar, the aged laver is roasted. 1.8 to 2.2g in case of oil and 0.8 to 1.2g in case of salt per 3g laver are used respectively. The oil contains 60 to 70% by weight of corn oil, 5 to 10% by weight of olive oil, 15 to 25% by weight of sesame oil and 5 to 10% by weight of perilla oil. |
