A device for manufacturing a slope protection block for the riverside of the road and the slope protection block produced by the same are provided to produce four protection blocks at the same time by injecting cement into four blocking forming units through one process and to increase productivity by automating all processes from the injection of cement to separation. A device for manufacturing a slope protection block for the riverside of the road is composed of: base frames(10) supported on the ground and separated with keeping a predetermined gap from each other; a support plate(20) formed in the shape of a flat plate and driven by plural wheels; a block mold(40) having four block forming units; a lifting cylinder moving up and down the block mold; a hopper(50) for injecting the cement into the block forming units of the block mold; scrappers installed at the front and rear sides of a discharge port of the hopper to finish the upside of the block mold flatly; and a forward and backward moving unit(70) for rectilinearly reciprocating the hopper back and forth on the block mold.
