PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for cell transcription, which transcribes even a pattern cultured cell in a state in which a pattern is maintained and to a tool for cell transcription using the member for cell transcription.

SOLUTION: The member for cell transcription comprises a cell transcription membrane composed of a cell transcription substrate having a cell transcription layer on one side, a stationary part for maintaining the flatness of cell transcription membrane during a cell culture, a gripping part that is connected to the stationary part and arranged on a face side on which the cell transcription layer of the cell transcription membrane is not formed.
