<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for easily manufacturing an optical information storage medium on which a fine irregular signal surface such as that formed by pits on a stamper is precisely transferred. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of an optical information storage medium comprises a process where photo-curable transfer layer 11 composed of a photo-curable transfer sheet is placed on reflection layer 23a of the substrate having recording pits and/or fine irregularities as a group on the surface and the reflection layer 23a along the fine irregularities on the fine irregular surface and pressed, a step where a stamper 24 with its fine irregular surface treated with a mold release agent containing phosphor atom-containing compound is placed on the other surface of the photo-curable transfer layer 11 in a way that the fine irregular surface is contact with the surface of the transfer layer and pressed and a step where the photo-curable transfer layer having the stamper is cured by the irradiation with ultraviolet lights and the stamper is removed to form the fine irregularities on the photo-curable transfer layer.
