<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing new boiled fish paste through uniting bacon with ground fish meat. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the boiled fish paste includes spreading and placing bacon on a base table, spreading ground fish meat having fish meat as the main raw material on the bacon in layers, rolling the product together with the ground fish meat from one end of the bacon, and heat treating the rolled material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
