<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a light emitting element array without separation of a metal reflection layer. <P>SOLUTION: In the light emitting element array where a plurality of light emitting elements are provided on a substrate 51 and at least a part of the adjacent light emitting elements is electrically separated with each other, a metal reflection layer 63 is provided under the plurality of light emitting elements on the substrate 51 and a resistance layer 64 for electrical separation of the light emitting elements is provided between the plurality of light emitting elements and the metal reflection layer 63. The plurality of light emitting elements are divided into a plurality of blocks, each block is provided with a plurality of transmitting elements, and electrical separation between the light emitting elements is made as the electrical separation between the neighboring light emitting elements between the blocks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
