A real-time shopping mall consultation system and a method therefor are provided to enable a client to conduct video chatting, voice transmission, and data transmission with a shopping mall manager as watching a product to be purchased, while a purchased product can be actually transmitted as an image. A client connects to an Internet shopping mall (S10). In a shopping mall side, a real-time shopping mall consultation system is prepared for through flash media. The client selects the consultation system while choosing a product(S20). Four kinds of real-time consultation systems are provided to the client, so that the client selects a proper service according to the client's circumstance(S100). If the client selects text chatting(S30), the shopping mall side provides a method for performing the text chatting to the client, and moves to a web page configured for performing the text chatting even without loading a text chatting service program or installing the program on both PCs. |
