<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance measuring device which eliminates the need to adjust the length of a cylinder, and enables continuous detection. <P>SOLUTION: The distance measuring device has at least one coupling probe for sending emitted signals in a conducting structural body with a reflection body, and also has analytical electronics, and a sensor device. The conducting structural body has a feeding block with a feeding area connecting an HF transceiver via a wave guide having a dielectric support device to the coupling probe. The coupling probe is provided as a triple-step phase module, has a flat base area in the middle, then is provided with the cylinder and a pin, and is connected to the feeding area by the pin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
