The present invention relates to a preparation method of an eco-friendly wallpaper, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps of: pulverising a powder of a needle leaf tree such as Japanese cypress tree and adhering the powder to a base unit comprising a base paper; drying the base unit to which the powder is adhered; coating the dried base unit a few times with a functional mineral material such as loess and illite; fixing a microcapsule slurry on the coating layers, wherein the microcapsule slurry is prepared through a micro-encapsulation technique in which liquids such as Japanese cypress tree oil are enclosed inside a selective polymer membrane to produce microcapsules thereof in a slurry state; and drying the coated and fixed base unit from the previous step. The eco-friendly wallpaper coated with phytoncide microcapsules, according to the present invention, comprises: a base unit comprising a base paper; a powder of needle leaf trees such as Japanese cypress, formed on the base unit; a functional mineral material such as loess and illite, coated on the needle leaf tree powder; and a microcapsule, in which a liquid, such as Japanese cypress tree oil, fixed on the functional mineral material is enclosed in an outer wall. |
