PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug capable of preventing arc discharge generation in a process of connection to a wiring duct, a luminaire using the plug, an illumination system using the luminaire and a jig capable of preventing arc discharge generation while connecting the plug to a wiring duct.SOLUTION: A wiring duct 2 comprises: a duct body 21 having a connection recess 210; and a pair of power supply terminals 22 which are held by opposing inner walls of the connection recess 210. The plug 1 includes a pair of power receive contactors 12 each of which comes into contact with a power supply terminal 22 to allow the power to flow; and a flange 13 as a pressing part. The flange 13 is arranged so as, before the power receive contactors 12 come into contact with the power supply terminal 22 in a connection process to the wiring duct 2, to press the wiring duct 2 to elastically deform the wiring duct 2 to increase the distance between the power supply terminals 22, and in a state after the connection has completed, to prevent the elastic deformation of the wiring duct 2. With the elastic deformation, arc discharge generation is prevented in a connection process. |
