PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique that can enhance an alcoholic taste of a low alcoholic beverage.SOLUTION: A beverage is made to contain at least one kind selected from the group consisting of n-propanol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, where, the total content of n-propanol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol in the beverage is controlled and a sweetness/acidity ratio in the beverage is also controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
