PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve screen sharing with uniformity between source/sink terminals while suppressing the deterioration of image quality.SOLUTION: In a screen sharing system S sharing a display screen between a source terminal 1 and a sink terminal 2, the source terminal 1 generates screen data corresponding to a partial screen displayed in an area 101 on an own display screen, and specifies identification information for identifying content to be displayed in another area 102 other than the area 101, and transmits the generated screen data and the specified identification information to the sink terminal 2. The sink terminal 2 acquires content on the basis of the identification information received from the source terminal 1, and displays the received screen data in the partial area on the own display screen, and displays the acquired content in the other area other than the partial area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
