PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer capable of effectively sterilizing an inner circumferential surface of a container.SOLUTION: A sterilization treatment line 10 comprises: a light source 23 that holds a light-emitting gas V which emits ultraviolet rays when irradiated with electromagnetic waves W, and faces a container P that is an object to be sterilized; and an electromagnetic wave generator 27 that emits the electromagnetic waves W to the light source 23 facing the container P. The light source 23 has a tubular structure and faces an inner circumferential surface of the container while being inserted into a storage clearance of the container P that is an object to be sterilized.
