PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which inhibits flow rate loss to a low level.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 1 includes: a cylinder member 11 in which a cleaning fluid introduction part is provided at a base end side; a cylindrical piston member 13 which is provided so as to protrude and retract relative to a tip of the cylinder member 11; a nozzle part provided at a tip of the piston member 13 and having an injection port 19 for injecting a cleaning fluid fed through an internal passage 13f of the piston member 13 to a cleaning object; a compression coil spring 20 which biases the piston member 13 in a direction such that the piston member 13 gets into the cylinder member 11; and a valve body 21 provided at a tip side of the piston member 13 and configured to allow the internal passage 13f to communicate with the injection port 19 when a pressure in the internal passage 13f becomes a preset valve or higher. A diameter reduction part 13j which gradually reduces its diameter toward the tip side of the piston member 13 is provided in the internal passage 13f.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
