The present invention relates to a valve chamber capable of controlling the height and inclination of a manhole frame, capable of controlling inclination of the manhole frame on an inclined road or controlling the height of the manhole frame accommodating a manhole cover by being installed in the upper part of the valve chamber. The valve chamber comprises: an upper extension pipe protruding from the upper part of a valve chamber main body and installed through an opening formed in the upper part of the valve chamber main body having an installation space of a valve facility; the manhole frame arranged in the upper part of the upper extension pipe and having the manhole cover; and multiple height and inclination control devices controlling the height and the inclination of the manhole frame by being installed between the valve chamber main body and the manhole frame. The height and inclination control device comprises: a fixing socket nut vertically fixed by being erected on a support ring installed through the circumference of the upper extension pipe; and a height control bolt having a cone mounting unit formed on the upper surface, wherein the height is controlled by ascending and descending by a screw motion by being connected to the fixing socket nut by a screw. As a spherical surface of the cone mounting unit is supported on the bottom surface of the flange formed in the manhole frame in a point contact form, the height and inclination control device can control the height of the manhole frame by ascent and descent of the height control bolt individually installed in the fixing socket nut. The height and inclination control device can control the inclination of the manhole frame as the cone mounting unit is supported on the bottom surface of the flange formed in the manhole frame in the point contact form when the inclination of the manhole frame is controlled in accordance with the controlled height of the height control bolt.
