PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a double-step speed reducer constituted by combining an involute gear at a first step and a trochoid gear at a second step in which a small-sized compact formation and reduction in price are attained through simplification of its mechanism and high rigidity is attained by integrally forming a crank shaft with a first step spur gear and supporting them on the fixed shaft by a bearing.SOLUTION: In Fig.5, a spur gear 6a having a crank hub 6b is rotatably supported by a bearing on a fixed shaft 7a fixed and fitted to an output flange 2 in place of the conventional crank shaft and further the crank hub 6b of the spur gear 6a is rotatably fitted to a crank shaft receiving hole 3a of a trochoid gear 3, and an eccentric motion is given to the trochoid gear 3 engaged with a pin gear 4 to perform a differential speed reducing rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
