PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the production conditions of a metal-containing composite body capable of achieving adhesion close to perfect adhesion as a technique where a metal and a metal or a metal and a CFRP are adhered with an epoxy adhesive to obtain a firm integrated matter.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a metal-containing composite body comprising: a step where one-liquid type epoxy adhesive (A) of a dicyandiamide curing agent type is added with a solvent MIBK so as to be a solvent-containing type adhesive (B) made into a low viscosity suspension, and a metal shaped matter (M1) whose surface is made into a ceramic thin layer of metal oxide, metal phosphorus oxide or the like by various surface treatments is prepared as the material to be adhered; and a step where the required part of the metal shaped matter (M1) is coated with the solvent-containing type adhesive (B), and the adhesive applied surfaces of the plurality of metal shaped matters with adhesive are abutted against each other, and heating is performed, and the one-liquid type epoxy adhesive is cured to complete the adhesion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1(b) |
