The present invention provides a method, device and user equipment (UE) for establishing a dedicated bearer. The method comprises: determining that a media stream between an external device and a remote device needs to be transmitted via a UE, wherein the UE communicates with the remote device via a bearer network (S102); and establishing a dedicated bearer between the UE and the bearer network, wherein the media stream between the external device and the remote device is transmitted with the dedicated bearer (S104). The present invention addresses a problem in which meeting a quality of service (QoS) requirement cannot be guaranteed for a media stream of an external device, and provides QoS guarantee for a media stream of an external device via a dedicated bearer. |
